Under the guidance of professional hiking guides with international first-aid qualifications, you can tackle the moderate Stage 11 (14.5 km) and the advanced Stage 12 (20 km) with full support and absolute safety.
What to Bring: ⧫ Light outdoor trousers: 2 pairs ⧫ Light outdoor shirts (long sleeves): 2 ⧫ Personal toiletries and towel ⧫ Recommended: Hat, Sunglasses ⧫ Footwear: Closed shoes with socks, sandals, or slippers ⧫ Mandatory: Insect/Mosquito repellent ⧫ Optional: Sunblock, hiking pole ⧫ Any necessary medication ⧫ Snacks: Consider chocolates for instant energy ⧫ Water bottles / camelback (consider bringing packs of Glucose) ⧫ Warm Clothes: (Jacket / Sweater) in case it gets cold.
