Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be settled at least 30 days prior to your arrival in Sri Lanka. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Accepted Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and direct Bank Transfers.

2. Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply based on the date we receive your written notification:

  • 30+ days before arrival: Loss of 20% deposit.
  • 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost.
  • Less than 15 days before arrival (or no-show): 100% of total tour cost.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance in their home country prior to departure, covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and repatriation.
