A contract is formed once we confirm your booking in writing and a deposit is received. All bookings are subject to availability. Grand Magellan Ceylon Tours (Pvt) Ltd operates under SLTDA License No: TS/12345/2026.

3. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to make modifications to itineraries if required by weather, road conditions, or other unforeseeable circumstances, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, Grand Magellan Ceylon Tours shall not be liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damage occurring during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by Sri Lankan law.
