About This Journey

Journey through five UNESCO-listed wonders — Sigiriya, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Dambulla, and Kandy — with expert local guides who bring 2,500 years of history to life at every step.

Sri Lanka's Cultural Triangle holds one of the richest concentrations of ancient wonders in Asia. In ten days you'll scale a 5th-century sky palace, walk through the world's oldest irrigation systems, meditate in cave temples gilded with 2,000-year-old murals, and attend a royal ceremony at the most sacred Buddhist shrine in the world.

Every site is brought to life by our expert local historians — men and women who have studied these kingdoms their entire lives and know the hidden stories, forgotten stairways, and the best light for photographs at each hour of the day.
